File Transfer Instructions

Whether you are in town or outside the Houston area, you can still take full advantage of ImagePro's products and services by sending us your files online. With a computer and web access, you are already equipped to send us your files over the net. Just follow the instructions below for FTP file transfer. We can output your native application files or Adobe PDF files. Converting your files to postscript is not necessary.

Sending Small Files Via Email Attachment

Note: Your Internet service provider might limit the file size allowed by this method

  1. File sizes up to 1 Megabite are the standard limits set by most ISP's
  2. Include a read me file or call us at 713-522-4000 with instructions.

 

Sending Large Files Via FTP

Note: You can now send a file via FTP to ImagePro using Windows Explorer or Netscape and it doesn't matter if it is a MAC or a PC

  1. Simply click on the link below
  2. To FTP large files click here. [ftp://ipro:guest@ftp.imagepro-inc.com/]
  3. Select the file or files you wish to upload then drag and drop the files in the displayed window (up to 350MB)
  4. It's that easy!
  5. Then give us a call at 713-522-4000 to let us know your file has been uploaded
  6. Speed of upload will depend on your ISP connection speed
  7. ImagePro's download is at lightening fast T-1 speed!
